Pastor Ken Williams

Equipped to Love, Changed Movement

Formerly suicidal over what felt like gay orientation, Pastor Ken Williams is an author, lecturer, and minister helping others navigate LGBTQ issues with Christian care. Ken has been a licensed pastor in Redding, California, since 2006 and is co-founder of the CHANGED Movement. CHANGED is a ministry that equips the church to graciously minister to those impacted by LGBTQ and advocates for people’s freedom of self-determination, particularly with regard to sexual identity. He holds a B. S. in Marketing/Finance. Ken's greatest joys are his beautiful wife and their four incredible children.

Melinda Patrick

As a current Board Member of Restored Hope Network, Director of Parent Support for His Wonderful Works since 2013, and host of the award-winning podcast, The Bridge Between Us, Melinda Patrick has ministered to many families with children and loved ones who have embraced an LGBTQ identity.

Having a daughter involved in the LGBTQ community for over 11 years, Melinda knows what it is like to grieve the choices our loved ones have made and understands the helplessness when things aren't as we had hoped. Through her healing journey with her daughter, she became passionate about emboldening and equipping parents to see beyond their grief and join God where He is at work in their lives and families.

Along with meeting families one-on-one, Melinda has had the opportunity to speak life into the lives of many families through radio, TV, podcast interviews, and guest blogging. She is an international speaker who often speaks at family conferences, church ministry events, and parent groups to equip families and the church to love well while not compromising Truth.

You will find Melinda and her husband, Ron, on the south side of Atlanta, Georgia. Together, they have four children and four grands. Her kitchen is notorious for impromptu dance parties, and her porch is loved for long talks, slow swinging, and sweet tea. The outdoors is where she loves to spend most of her time hiking, reading, and enjoying lazy lake days.

Caitlin Zick

Caitlin Zick had a profound moment at the age of sixteen where God called her out of a crowd and her life was forever changed. From that moment, she began to discover who she was as a daughter of God, fall in love with Jesus, and realize the power of the Holy Spirit in her life.

Caitlin and her husband Cole became co-directors of Moral Revolution in 2017 through 2023 and openly share topics around identity in Christ Jesus, their marriage story, and first years of sex in marriage to start a healthy conversation and begin to unfold God’s design of sex. They now serve as the lead pastors of Risen King Community Church in Redding, California.

They have been married and in full-time ministry for more than 15 years and have started their own little zoo, known as #thezickzoo. You can find their wild on Instagram with their little animals: Caleb, Connor, Cade and Chloé Rose.

Sam A. Andreades, D.Min

The name is so challenging because it is Greek. But you say it like the man's name, "Andre" plus "ODD'-iss". So there you go: "Ahn-drae-ODD'-iss" (If you really want to sound authentic, you can trill the "r").

Much of Rev. Andreades' pastoral work put gender issues front and center. He pastored for over ten years at Village Church in Greenwich Village, New York City, where he founded Higher Ground, a New York City ministry of Christian discipleship serving men and women with unwanted same-sex attraction. His doctoral dissertation was on emotional intimacy in Christian marriage, a qualitative study of men with a history of same-sex attraction and unions who are in long-term marriages with Christian women.

From 2014 to 2018, Rev. Andreades was senior pastor of Faith Reformed Presbyterian Church in Quarryville, Pennsylvania. He is now associate pastor of Iron Works Church in Phoenixville, where he has served for five years. He has counseled scores of engaged and married couples as well as church members in their various relationships.

Dr. Andreades holds a B.S. in Geology & Geophysics with a minor in Biblical Studies from Yale University (1984). He earned an M.Div. in Pastoral Ministry from Reformed Theological Seminary (2001), as well as an M.S. in Computer Science from New York University (1997). He obtained a D.Min. in Mission and Ministry at Covenant Theological Seminary (2013).

He wrote the books, enGendered: God's Gift of Gender Difference in Relationship (2015), and Dating with Discernment: 12 Questions for a Lasting Marriage (2021). His latest book, Across the Kitchen Table: Talking to Your Teen about Trans, was published Fall 2023.
